I’ve been through the UK founder journey myself.
I know this process from personal experience. I was a recipient of the UK Start-up visa from 2023–2025 and later went through the Innovator Founder endorsement process myself.
That journey taught me something important: preparing a founder case isn’t simply about writing a business plan. You need to be able to explain why the business is genuinely innovative, why it can work, how it can grow, and why you are the right person to build it.
